Affirming wellness

Both my upbringing and the culture of how society treats women, have brought me challenges in terms of how I define my own health, and how others define it. Have you ever heard that a man getting angry would be considered mentally ill? But a woman is? Anger, like all other emotions, are just that - an emotion. And often justified. Likewise, to not resort to not feeling well to avoid an upsetting emotion, relationship or situation, is just as important. To not always look for what is or could be wrong, but instead learning to trust more. Laying at the little beach today, got me thinking of how much I need to allow myself to just feel well.

I allow myself to feel well.

I allow myself to feel all kinds of emotions.

I allow myself to express all emotions.

I allow myself to be beautiful.

I allow myself to be happy.

I allow myself to be womanly and sexy.

I allow myself to be vulnerable.

I allow myself to feel strong and confident.

I allow myself to be a leader.

I allow myself to believe in God and angels.

I allow myself to stand up for my rights.

What do you need to allow yourself to be and feel, in order to step into your own greatness, and to share that with the world?
