Last week, when I spent a couple of hours by the lake, to sun and bathe, I saw a little girl in the water right next to me. She was making a circle in the water, first in one direction and then in the other, letting her hand move gracefully into ripples. I thought to myself, this must be how Isadora Duncan also did, when she grew up and created her motions. I decided to try the same.
We all play naturally with, and in nature, when we grow up. And then we forget it. Dancing both Hawaiian Hula and Isadora Duncan, has enabled me to reconnect with nature again and its motions. Try it!
