In Portugal last year during strict Covid-19 restrictions, I still had the benefit of practising Isadora Duncan dance through Instagram and Zoom with teachers in New York City. I soon felt my shape improve and it became a little like when I was in my 20's. It became a blessing to stay put inside my room.
