How do we best decide what to do and where to go? And when?
By feeling it! Just do like this: Think of what you would like to do today and tomorrow, and what you have scheduled. Then by sending out this intention energy, you immediately get a feeling of fresh positive flow, or dread in regards to your own ability to perform, as well as others'. Or, you might sense a cloudiness blocking your wish, or an increased sense of fear, or peace and inspiration. This is your intuition and instinct. Follow them!
