"I don't know what I want to become." Have you ever felt that as a young adult or heard someone answer that when you ask? Whether it boils down to choosing a professional career path or simply what to eat for dinner, don't let the indecisiveness and negativity become an obstacle. To make it into an opportunity, write down, or encourage your friend or client to fully engage in what he or she doesn't want instead, together with you.
Make a list of all things undesirable and be clear of what are absolutely no's and why. Now, transform each into a possibility through its opposite.
If you don't want to eat meat, understand why, and exclude that. Your natural creative response will therefore become vegetables into the desired priority, or choosing a substitute for meat such as soy products.
If you don't want to work alone, don't force yourself to apply for jobs as an analyst, but rather think of which kind of jobs imply more sociable interactions, such as working in a clothing store.
If your weakness is talking too much, your strength can also be daring to speak up and talk in front of others.
Simply put, any opinion that is honest brings an opportunity to explore and become more creative. Brainstorm what all your not-wanted can become, through Lifecoaching.
