When I experienced joy for the first time with full awareness, it became my new goal, or focused theme, of my personal development. It was when I had put my head under water with ease in a pool after decades of fear and it was when I let myself be danced with a choreography by Isadora Duncan in a couple of motions to the polka. So, what brings me joy and how? First I need to feel happy. Or at least content. Then:
* To discover
* To explore
* To dance
* To create
* To manage something difficult
These things happens to be in alignment with the inner child. So, it heals!
